Every Now and Then ...

Every now and then a dog enters the shelter that tugs on our heart strings. Gizmo, a 4-month old pup with his ears and tail cut off with scissors was one. Weaver, leg broken in 4 places but tail wagging was another. Sunny, pitched out of a car at 10:00 at night, 2 years and 3 months in the shelter. A failed adoption let me know that Sunny was really MY dog and so she entered the permanent residence of home. My Sun Bun is my heart dog.

Misha, a bark, bark, barker. Destined to be killed because no one wants a barking dog. Let alone a BIG barking dog. Paired up with 2 young pups right before her killing day and now is in heaven and no more barking. This girl deserves a home and a chance for that home.

Every now and then, a dog enters the shelter that lets us know that EVERY dog is special and every dog should have a home.
