Second Chance Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization in Tehama County, California. We work closely with the Corning Animal Shelter/Animal Control, which is a part of the Corning Police Department.

Shelter Schedule:
The shelter's Adoption Hours are Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
All other times are by By Appointment Only.

If you have lost your pet, are inquiring about adopting a pet, or have questions, please call us at 530-824-7054 and leave your name and phone number. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.

All surrendered pets or stray animals must go through the Corning Police Dept's Animal Control Officer. They can be reached at 530-824-7000.
